Something I'm excited about to develop is a super tight and strong community around a NFT project that is connected to my fitness and my future gym services.
I've brain stormed ideas already and want to be sure I show the process and journey along the way of it being nothing to something.
I'm only 30 and I can feel that this can really push and direct me to create something special over the next decade.
Let's see how this goes and what I come up with and what unfolds. Not sure when this will be finished. Definitely within the next year I hope.
Want to chat with me what I came up with so far or have questions about NFTs, reach out. Let's chat. - Connect with me: Text me 510-288-2750 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jasonwttw/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/jasonwttw_?s=09 Tiktok: https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMJyfDpxX/

In this episode, I talk about Lil Wayne and his ability to stay relevant since the 90s. At the age of 39, he's still fresh in music because of his willingness to adapt and grow as music has evolved.
His career is a lesson and example we can all learn from. I certainly pay attention to Wayne's work ethic and competitive spirit towards how he creates time after time. Enjoy this episode. Join my text community https://my.community.com/jasonrichardsonalbini
I share a recap on how my outdoor kickboxing workout went. There were 5 incredible people that I trained in the park on heavy bags.
I discuss the cargo van rental van process, how I personally loaded and unloaded the freestanding heavy bags, how the class ran and can continue to run, the power of filming this workout, and how being willing to do the not so fun part of the behind scenes work is very doable when you love the work itself.
That kind of mentality is one of the things that gives someone an edge on people who don't love the work.

In this episode of Kickin' It With Jason, I talk about how it's very easy to find free music from talented, very skillful artist on tiktok and Instagram. There are people who have made beats that are produced well and they want you to use their music!

Since the pandemic started in March 2020, about 9,000 gyms have shutdown for good due to tough restrictions set in place that completely cut memberships and revenue away for gym owners.
At that very moment, the fitness industry went from mostly being a physical in-person kind of business to virtual and video type of business.
Today, high tech companies like Peleton, Mirror, and Fight Camp have been great examples of what high tech/low months subscription based workouts can look like.
Boutique gyms and studios can do it in a similar way by bringing content and videos that customers can enjoy as well.
In today's world and moving forward, it's a good idea for gyms to have a hybrid model of online and in person memberships. Those two worlds are now integrated and neither are going away.
Personal training can still be the same, but I also think mobile trainers will become more of a business with trainers bringing the equipment via a commercial van and/or arriving at home gyms to offer services.
I talk about these topics more in depth in this episode! Enjoy! Subscribe to my YouTube https://youtube.com/user/JasonWTTW
In this episode, I talk about a list of leg exercises that are super helpful if you work a desk job to keep your hips and spine aligned after sitting all day, I talk about how I love Doja Cat's music and think she's underrated, and I also chat about how to use Twitter to jump into thousands of conversations around topics that are important to you. In this episode, I go through a list of things that ultimately are the building blocks and frame work to starting up a gym.
Licensing comes down to music and permits.
Financing is how to get money for the overhead and rent.
The space is about where and how big or small of a building I want to start in. That's a tie into demographics.
Staff is the vision of the team. Who will do what, systems, and careers.
The marketing is the strategy around branding and making sales. Good episode here.
Thanks for following the journey!
In this episode I talked about the kneeling weighted windmill exercise to increase shoulder health and mobility. I also talk about why making content has nothing to do with likes and why we shouldn't pay attention to those numbers. You wouldn't believe how many people delete a post because it didn't get enough likes. Content goes beyond likes. It's about value and creating awareness around the things you're passionate about. Check out my new series on YouTube. "My Journey To Opening My Gym" https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyZ3MODS3tfU1yq397dmgCAjCk_3BUuC_
In this episode, I talk about how it would've been historic and educational for companies and entrepreneurs we admire today to have documented the very beginning of their idea. It would've been inspiring to see how the world didn't catch on yet and how vulnerable they made themselves before everything came to light.
With this series, I'm incredibly vulnerable and know I'm putting myself out in the public eye to be both booed and cheered which is fine with me. I need both anyway to layer my strengths and understand deeper parts of my confidence and vision.
I also talk about how I already feel successful because I'm the pursuit of trying to build and open a gym. The gym is not what will define my success. The practice and creating process of it is what I believe to be the success; the going for it.
Thank you for being a part of this journey and going step by step with me as I work my way through the different routes, hard work, and learning to hopefully get to day 1 of the doors opening! I really appreciate your support ❤️ Find me on YouTube https://youtube.com/user/JasonWTTW
In this episode, I talk about the dumbbell pullover and how it's a great upperbody workout do in a bridge style position. I have my women clients do it. On that note, it's important for women to not neglect upperbody strength. I also talk about why I'm pumped about the Eternals movie as free seeing the final trailer, and I also share a heavy bag drill that is simple and focuses on 3 combos. Also, please check out my new series here on my podcast and YouTube called "My Journey To Opening My Gym" I'm very excited about how that series will build and document my steps to opening Roundhouse Like You Mean It LLC.
In this episode I talk about how I recently secured social media usernames and websites for my gym, I also talk about a gym startup checklist I read about that covers everything from financing, staffing, marketing, leasing, and equipment, and I discuss how I'm still working and training and searching for part time work all the while. I'm excited to launch this first episode of this brand new series I'm doing to document the process of me opening my first gym. In this episode, I put together a mashup of me talking about the importance of working on our mindset like we would do with our pushups, does college still have the same kind of leverage it had in 1985, why you should take 10-15 minutes to work on your mobility during your workouts, and how to keep a simple outlook on your fitness journey. In this episode, I talk about the challenges my fellow 20 year olds go through and why thinking we have to have everything figured out is absurd. I talk about commercial real estate and the leasing process. I've been learning about it to explore my options as a trainer. It's common for people in their 20s to think they have to have it all figured and have this and that based on what pressure society is putting on them.
In reality, we have time and need to be more patient and more open to trying things without having the feeling that we're missing out on something or being left behind if all the boxes aren't checked that the outside world trys to put on us.

Huge amounts of 18 to 29 year olds are doing things simply to please their parents. My fellow peers, I see you being in professions you don't care anything about to make Mama proud. You're not ugly or stupid, but you may be insecure when it comes to making content. Don't fear the comments. Share what you're up to. Make content. Tell stories. Bring value. Good things WILL happen if you're consistent and working hard at it.
I'm super happy about the risk and lessons I learned so far in my 20s. As a 29 year old, who doesn't really follow the norm of what society pushes and pressures on my peers, I can strongly say, we have time and just need to be super okay with doing things we love for us. No one else.
That looks different in so many ways, but living other people's dreams and opinions just isn't it.
I hope this post pushes one person in their 20s to go do that thing and take that chance. You really have nothing to lose. Perspective is a strength. Make it unbreakable.
I'm not an investing expert, but I have been able to make some serious plays in sportscards that I know anyone was just as capable of doing. I'm now starting my NFT journey and will make content and share what I know and have experienced around what I see and am doing there as well. I'm using Metamask for my cryptocurrency wallet. I don't own any coins, but I'm on the lookout for what's happening in digital sportscards and Garyvee's upcoming project on May 5, 2021. If we are in the process of turning a $1 to $5, I really think we should take on the role of showing our community how they can do the same for generational wealth and education gaps that are upon us. There's enough out here for all of us to win.
I think the 2019 Topps Garyvee Allen & Ginter card is one of the most underrated sportscards (trading card) in all of sports.
I have two of his autographed edition of those cards. I got them for $100 each in April of 2019. They may be worth a little more now. I've seen one sell for $500 recently. Even at that low of a price, I wonder if I'm in over my head to think that someday, just maybe, it can be right up there and hold as much merit as the 1986 Michael Jordan Fleer Card PSA 10, the 2003 Lebron James Topps Chrome PSA 10, or the 1999 1st Edition Holo Charizard PSA 10. I can't speak for everyone, but here's what I do. The uniqueness part is very easy. No need to overthink this really. Being unique is achieved by simply being myself. That's it. What makes every human different, let alone a trainer is our character and mannerisms that come natural to us. Be yourself, skill and talent, make content, and know your lane. Check out my merch here: https://shop.spreadshirt.com/jasonwttw/ You can read my blog at this link: https://jasonwttw.wixsite.com/jasonwttw/post/6am-pen-and-pad-session-3-how-i-stay-unique-in-a-noisy-saturated-competitive-fitness-world
Self awareness is knowing what our strengths are. Being ourselves. Being super connected to what we're good at and also even knowing what our short comings are. It's a never ending mental building game.
We are all good at something and we are all bad at something. Tapping into the things we are good at is where I believe and have personally found the most happiness and clarity in. I think gratitude and perspective makes positivity a whole lot more achievable. As well as loving the process of whatever we're doing. Being happy in the work we choose. Not for the money or trophies, but for the actual game, process, and activity of it. Then of course, surrounding ourselves with positive people. Check out my merch here: https://shop.spreadshirt.com/jasonwttw/ You can read my blog at this link: https://jasonwttw.wixsite.com/jasonwttw/post/6am-pen-and-pad-1-how-to-sustain-positivity-in-real-time
Perfection is a myth. Perfection is a wall people hind behind to act like they're getting ready.
I'm really big on pushing this message of making content because it leads to so much good. Creates so much opportunity, direction, and answers.
If you get wrapped up in what other people think about your journey and what you're posting, you're going to be stuck and won't get out the gate.
Make content around your passion. Document it. Do what makes you happy and share it. New Merch https://shop.spreadshirt.com/jasonwttw/
Whatever you love, do it. Make content to give your best advice about it, tell stories about it, speak on your journey, your process.
This is what I do with fitness, kickboxing, my podcast, and sportscards. Do many things for free without expectations, but because it feels good and the karma and putting people on is just the right thing to do
There's a lot you're leaving on the table if you're not making content around the things you love doing.
You love hair, t shirts, trains, motorcycles, chips, bbq? Do it everyday. Talk about it. New merch https://shop.spreadshirt.com/jasonwttw/
When I started my podcast March 2020, all I did was press record on my phone and started talking. I did it while waiting for my tires to get changed at Richmond Costco.
My 100th episode was done in my car, while on the road, driving on I-5 from Irvine back to my home in the Bay Area.
The lesson is to just start. Don't need to be fancy. Perfection is overrated. Creativity is only a real thing when action puts it into play. By default, answers and results come along. Checkout my merch https://shop.spreadshirt.com/jasonwttw/

Being aggressive and thinking ahead and just knowing your stuff can help a lot in sportscards. Here's how I did it with this Kevin Durant Topps 2 PSA 10 card. KD was out which meant cards were significantly low, $300 was a STEAL in April! A clear one. I knew he'd comeback hard and would be his normal self so I bought a few.
Then, Garyvee posted about this same card some time later. Trends and influence run deep in cards. Check out my new merch https://shop.spreadshirt.com/jasonwttw/
I had to sell a piece of my Trae Young rookie card collection a few months ago to help stay afloat and pay for bills. It was a good move. I made a profit. I knew they'd be worth more money as the season started and they are. About $2200+ more and that's ok. I took those dollars and paid bills and took the remaining money left over to invest in more cards again. Right back to the drawing board! It also taught me it's ok to make moves and not dwell. Move on to the next opportunity and ride the belief! New merch on my website https://shop.spreadshirt.com/jasonwttw/

Perfectionist don't hit the mark. The person who keeps trying and adjusting does. Dreaming big or dreaming small is fine, but the work has to match the goal.

The reason why I'm buying 1977 and vintage Star Wars cards is directly connected to the excellent job Disney+ is doing with rebirthing nostalgic Star Wars stories and characters.
They recently announced they're going to be streaming an Obi Wan show in 2021 which will have the original actors from the 2000 movies reprising their roles as Obi Wan and Anikan Skywalker/Darth Vader.
I think there is going to be so much attention, excitement, comeback surge, and new fans of the Darth Vader for sure. Text me 510-288-2750
There's a few things that go into staying motivated to workout. I just like to keep it really simple when answering this question by saying this; no matter how hot or cold your motivation is, doing the work no matter what will greatly help.
It's completely normal to not be fired up to workout 150 - 200+ days a year. What can be normal is how you counter the lows and create a habit that works for you.

Text me 510-288-2750 What the pandemic did for gyms and boutique studios is almost put everyone on the same playing field especially with how digitally focused it is now. You have your top machine, high tech brands like Peloton and Mirror who have large market and budgets, but most of the gyms are now having to build a community and go back to the meat of the fitness experience which is the workout.
I think the important thing to do as trainers is to train who you can and when you can, even if it's one person, you're winning in my opinion!
Learn how you can have an online presence which doesn't have to be zoom classes, but it can be content. Content is a great source to show who you are, your expertise, bring people information and value, and build your brand.

In this episode I share my thoughts and ideas on ways to create a Disney brand and how to use your passion as a Disney fan to start making meaningful fun work around this company and art that so many of us love. Tons of good ideas in here. Tons of hacks. Every Disney fan should hear this one.
I guest spoke on my friend's podcast "The Parrsitivity Podcast" hosted by Adam Parr. We had some great open and authentic conversations about growth and impact. This was my first podcast ever by the way. This event is what gave me the spark to finally start my podcast.
In this episode I talk about how Luka cards are going up again and what you could do with your Jordans. That's a good sign before playoffs, how I tested Instagram Ads and why it's a great option for small trainers like me, and my worst uniform in sport karate.
In this episode I talk about how Trae Young is playing great basketball and because of that his rookie cards have gone from $50 to $200, one of my favorite karate tournament moments, and how I forgot my karate belt at my 3rd grade show and tell.
In this episode I talk about my workout music called HITS and how I feature not only Grammy artists and well-known artists, but artists that are still making music in their bedroom. This practice is not only a way of collaborating fitness and music, but it's also a way to hack culture and connect with different audiences.
I recorded this first episode while sitting at Costco waiting for my new tires to be installed. I talked about how I finally started this podcast, some things I'm doing with my content especially with the Calvin and Hobbes medium, and what's next with my poems.
