The Colorado Avalanche are hot out of the gate and it's hard not to get incredibly excited about everything that we see! The crew gets back together to review what we have seen and what we want to continue seeing as the Avalanche look to become a true Stanley Cup contender.
Now that training camp is underway for the Colorado Avalanche, Kevin, Callie, and Aaron are back to preview the new season.
We take a look back at the offseason, see where the Avalanche stand in comparison to other teams in the Central Division, predict the opening night roster, and leave with a few bold takes.

The crew picks up where they left off, talking about the NHL Draft and how the Avs managed to pull off an outstanding first round.
Past this, the Avs have made a TON of changes to their lineup. Kevin, Callie, and Aaron tackle each move made and start to look at the new direction this points the Avs. Hint: It's a really good direction.
The gang is back together after a full week of crazy NHL transactions. Which teams set themselves up for success, and which teams have paid 3 defensemen $26 million dollars....How can the Avs potentially jump on the opportunity?
We touch briefly on the draft, as we discuss the age-old question of "best player available vs. need." (Hint, it's a false choice).
Then we bust out our armchair GM gadgets and try to put together the craziest offseason possible for the Avs. Also, Mikko apparently is getting a pony with his next contract. All this and more!
The whole gang is back together, and we start things off with Callie (celebrating her birthday) rightfully chastises Kevin.
After this, we dive into what the Avs free agent status looks like, who should stay, who should go? Play a little game of draft 1, sign 1, trade 1, and then discuss who the Avs could look at with both their first round draft picks.
A long, but fun one, that results in an unfortunate name change for Kevin, at the end. Enjoy!
The Colorado Avalanche were eliminated from the Stanley Cup Playoffs in controversial fashion. Kevin and Aaron, desperately missing Callie on this evening, try to tackle the series as a whole, how the NHL managed to lose sight of the spirit of reviews, and then look forward to what is an exciting time to be a Colorado Avalanche fan, no matter what The Fan has to say.

What a time to be a fan of the Colorado Avalanche! The boys dispatched the Calgary Flames rather unceremoniously and are now slated to play the San Jose Sharks. Kevin, Aaron, and Callie are back to reflect on a dominant series by the Avalanche and look forward to what is a very interesting matchup with the Sharks.

The All-Star break happened at the best possible times for the Avs, who fell down a flight of stairs into the break. The group talks about how the what they've seen, what they need to do to right the ship, and how the next two weeks of the season could wildly shift what direction the Avalanche move with the trade deadline.

As we start looking forward to training camps and eventually opening night, Kevin and Aaron come back to talk about what the roster might look like for the regular season. The boys take a look at what players are due to take a step forward, take a step back, or make a splash from out of nowhere!
Then they dive into the Avs' plentiful prospect pool and sort through who they see as the top 10 Avalanche prospects.
The boys are back for a review of the 2018 free agent class of the Colorado Avalanche. Kevin and Aaron review the moves made by the Avalanche and ask "Are they better today than they were?" Then we also pose a couple questions that the Avs have yet to answer.
We look around at the rest of the Central Division and see which teams got better, worse, or just kinda held their ground.
At the end, the Avalanche discuss the biggest potential trade that the Avs might be involved in in recent history. Erik Karlsson is on the market and the Avs are in on the process. Will he come to the Avs? What price should the Avs be willing to pay? What other trades might the Avalanche look at?
