Welcome to Episode 312 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David Guerra, MA, MBA.
In this week’s episode of the WALKING LEADER podcast, David shares with you the WALKING LEADER’S SELF-LEADERSHIP CORE OF EIGHT’s eighth core component: TAKE THAT SECOND, THIRD, FOURTH, & EVERY STEP THEREAFTER.
Every journey we undertake CANNOT begin without taking that first step. This is TRUE. However, completing that journey, achieving that goal, or completing the mission means taking EVERY step that needs to be taken.
Never lose sight of the fact, that YOUR JOURNEY IS UNIQUELY YOURS. There is NO cookie-cutter approach to leading yourself and especially towards leading others.
There is ONLY taking every single step that is necessary to complete the journey.
Premature celebrations are not going to complete the journey. Actually completing the journey is a cause for celebration. It is also cause for starting a new journey and taking a new set of steps.
Finding oneself incapable of completing the journey is NOT a reason to quit. It is a reason to regroup, recoup, and start over again. Take all the steps that are necessary. Remember, in your journey towards achieving SUCCESS there are NO SHORTCUTS.
REMEMBER TO KEEP GOING BEYOND THE GRIND & KEEP GOING BEYOND THE HUSTLE BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO BE THE WALKING LEADER.
AND TO BE A LEADER WITHOUT EQUAL YOU MUST BREAK FROM THE CROWD!

Welcome to Episode 311 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David Guerra, MA, MBA.
In this week’s episode of the WALKING LEADER podcast, David shares with you the WALKING LEADER’S SELF-LEADERSHIP CORE OF EIGHT's seventh core component: WALK YOUR TALK!
People will always talk a good game. Their words are laced with shoulda, coulda, woulda but lack actual substance. People will profess one thing while doing something completely opposite. That’s the old adage of “Do as I say, NOT as I do.” There is NO leadership with that kind of mindset, hell, there is NO kind of management. It is ALL about doing.
Sadly, in a world full of people that are ALL SHOW & NO GO, everyone is the same. However, it is those individuals that ACTUALLY step into the arena, the ones that DO what they say they are going to do, that ARE Walking Their Talk. Those are the individuals that ARE succeeding in life, not just as a SELF-LEADER but as a LEADER of others.
There is no time nor the place to those that almost did this or almost did that. There is NO success in almost.
There is ONLY WALK YOUR TALK!
REMEMBER TO KEEP GOING BEYOND THE GRIND & KEEP GOING BEYOND THE HUSTLE BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO BE THE WALKING LEADER.
AND TO BE A LEADER WITHOUT EQUAL YOU MUST BREAK FROM THE CROWD!

Welcome to Episode 310 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra.
In this week’s episode of the WALKING LEADER podcast, David shares with you the WALKING LEADER’S SELF-LEADERSHIP CORE OF EIGHT sixth core component: DEAL WITH IT IMMEDIATELY!
In a world where procrastination has become the standard it is easy to become reactive. For example, people hurt our feelings we swallow it instead of dealing with it right then and there. We keep the pain, anger, and frustration inside and unfortunately, we keep adding to it. Never letting it out because when we do, no matter what others have done to us, we fear becoming just like those that mistreat us. So when it comes to a head and it all comes out, the inevitable happens: The VICTIMIZER becomes the “victim” and where is the justice in that?
There is no justice. In this episode, I talk about why it is important to be PROACTIVE and deal with issues and concerns IMMEDIATELY. By taking control of the situation and getting out in front of it, you bring the issue to rapid and just conclusion. You give yourself closure, ON YOUR OWN TERMS!
Success comes not from harboring anger and frustration. Success comes from keeping a positive mindset and addressing matters as they arise will always serve you as you move through your journey of self-leadership and success.
REMEMBER TO KEEP GOING BEYOND THE GRIND & KEEP GOING BEYOND THE HUSTLE BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO BE THE WALKING LEADER.
AND TO BE A LEADER WITHOUT EQUAL YOU MUST BREAK FROM THE CROWD!

Welcome to Episode 309 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra.
In this week’s episode of the WALKING LEADER podcast, David shares with you the WALKING LEADER’S SELF-LEADERSHIP CORE OF EIGHT’s fifth core component: OVERCOME YOUR OWN LIMITATIONS.
Each and everyone of us has our own limits self-imposed limitations. Sometimes we know them and sometimes we do not know what they are until we are face-to-face with the moment that we have to decide what to do.
Usually, those are limits are not really the limit that we are willing to go to and not one step beyond but instead we get into our own mind and talk ourselves out of doing what must be done. We determine it is easier to settle than to endure a little more pain, suffering, or slight discomfort and come out on the back end a better person.
Success is derived from the challenges we overcome. Success only occurs when we go through the challenges and come out better than before. To do this, a non-negotiable MUST be dealt with. Move beyond and overcome your self-imposed limitations..
REMEMBER TO KEEP GOING BEYOND THE GRIND & KEEP GOING BEYOND THE HUSTLE BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO BE THE WALKING LEADER.

Welcome to Episode 308 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra.
In this episode of the WALKING LEADER podcast, David shares with you the fourth part of the Walking Leader’s SELF-LEADERSHIP CORE OF EIGHT: KEEPING THE NAYSAYERS & DETRACTORS MORE THAN ARM'S LENGTH AWAY.
When it comes to your success there are three types of people that you want to be aware of; those that want you to succeed, those that do NOT want you to succeed and those that say they want you to succeed but actually want you to fail. The first two are easy to deal with. It is those in the third category that you have to watch out for.
Keep those that are not on your side more than arm's length away that way they cannot do anything to derail you on your journey to success. As for those that say one thing but mean something totally different. It may not be easy to spot them but once spotted, keep them way out of your life.
This reality may be difficult to accept but if you want to succeed, then you need to accept this as fact as quickly as possible.
In the mean time, REMEMBER TO KEEP GOING BEYOND THE GRIND & KEEP GOING BEYOND THE HUSTLE BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO BE THE WALKING LEADER.

Welcome to Episode 306 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra.
In this week’s episode of the WALKING LEADER podcast, David shares with you the WALKING LEADER’S SELF-LEADERSHIP CORE OF EIGHT second component: MOTIVATION.
You may have heard of the need to “go the distance” in order to achieve success. It is through “the reason or reasons one has for acting or behaving in a particular way” that makes things happen. The definition of MOTIVATION (see prev. sentence) working along with INSPIRATION (epi. 305) are the driving force behind your ability to SELF-LEAD and eventually, LEAD OTHERS. Again, there are no short-cuts to this process.
The reason you put your feet on the ground and get up everyday is uniquely yours. The reasons you lead yourself and will one day lead others is also uniquely yours. While everyone’s reason are different there is a commonality: MOTIVATION.
MOTIVATION is also one of life’s NON-NEGOTIABLES. Listen to this episode as Dave talks about the who, what, where, when and why of MOTIVATION as part of your SELF-LEADERSHIP journey..
REMEMBER TO KEEP GOING BEYOND THE GRIND & KEEP GOING BEYOND THE HUSTLE BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO BE THE WALKING LEADER.

Welcome to Episode 305 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra.
In this week’s episode of the WALKING LEADER podcast, David shares with you the WALKING LEADER’S SELF-LEADERSHIP CORE OF EIGHT and the first of the eight is INSPIRATION.
The journey towards SELF-LEADERSHIP and becoming a LEADER of others is long and arduous however it does not have to be. It does not have to be a difficult as long as you are INSPIRED to take on the challenges and tasks that lay ahead.
In this episode, we take the first step in our SELF-LEADERSHIP journey as we talk about INSPIRATION and what it is, why it is important to become inspired and stay inspired. As a self-leader it is cannot be stressed enough; you must be inspired in order to get to where you want to go and to become.
Without inspiration you will find yourself stuck in the muck and mud just spinning your wheels. It is through INSPIRATION that you will find yourself working yourself out of the shadows and into the light.
GET INSPIRED. BE INSPIRED. STAY INSPIRED.
In the mean time, REMEMBER TO KEEP GOING BEYOND THE GRIND & KEEP GOING BEYOND THE HUSTLE BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO BE THE WALKING LEADER.

Episode 269, focuses on the virtue of PATIENCE. From both Amateurs and Professionals their success hinges on their PATIENCE when things do not go as expected and when they do. In the episode, David shares some ideas on how to develop patience and how to use it to your advantage.
Professional Mindset Individuals know that their continued success relies heavily on being patient and exercising patience in all that they do especially when they have to play the LONG GAME.
Amateur Mindset Individual may be satisfied with occasional success and their level of patience certainly shows. Always remember and never forget: The Professional never allows occasional success to be the norm, to ALWAYS DRIVE TOWARDS SUCCESS is what the Professional Mindset Individuals will always work towards and believe in.
As we continue our journey from Amateur to Professional, thus we must continue to remind ourselves to CREATE WIN-WIN situations in all that you do. Start Strong! Stay Strong! Finish Strong! Be Strong! & Have Patience!

In this episode, David shares with you the second part of the eighth chapter served in two parts: STACKING THE ODDS (part 2).
Episode 268, continues focusing on STACKING THE ODDS in your favor. Professionals are always looking for what will allow them to stack the odds in their favor. In the episode, David mentions how controlling your environment is a form of STACKING THE ODDS in your favor.
Professional Mindset Individuals know they have to play the LONG GAME. They are fully aware that the success they seek will only come through time, dedication, and hard work. While the Amateur Mindset Individual may be satisfied with occasional success. The Professional never allows occasional success to be the norm, to ALWAYS WIN is what the Professional Mindset Individuals will always work towards and believe in.
While the amateur may have long given up, all because of the four-letter word: WORK
The Professional is still at it, still putting in the work all in the effort to create their own luck. To STACK THE ODDS in their favor.
As we continue our journey from Amateur to Professional, thus we must continue to remind ourselves to CREATE WIN-WIN situations in all that you do. Start Strong! Stay Strong! Finish Strong! Be Strong!
.
Don't forget to CREATE WIN-WIN situations in all that you do. Start Strong! Stay Strong! Finish Strong! Be Strong!

In this episode, I talk about STACKING THE ODDS.
In episode 267, David continues his 2023 SELF-LEADERSHIP initiative to HELP YOU MAKE THE JUMP FROM AMATEUR TO PROFESSIONAL.
In this episode, David shares with you the first part of the eighth chapter served in two parts: STACKING THE ODDS.
Episode 267, continues to focus on STACKING THE ODDS. Some say must fight a fair fight. Some say the only way to truly win is to do what it takes by having the ODDS stacked in your favor.
Isn't stacking odds just like cheating? Yes and No.
Yes, in that you are doing everything within your power to get that advantage over others. You wrote one book when they wrote zero. You ran a marathon while others run the half-marathon. You climb Mt. Everest while they can never get out of Base Camp. You put in the work to better yourself while they rest on their laurels.
NO. In that it is NOT your fault nor are you to blame when other choose to put in the barebones minimum and wonder why they lost.
Darwin's Survival of the Fittest or those that adapt to change are the ones that are going to win, to succeed.
Listen to this 12 minute episode to learn how the AMATEUR mindset individual looks at STACKING THE ODDS versus how the PROFESSIONAL mindset stacks the odds ever in their favor.
Remember, as we continue our journey from Amateur to Professional, thus we must continue to remind ourselves to CREATE WIN-WIN situations in all that you do. Start Strong! Stay Strong! Finish Strong! Be Strong!
And as always, I remind you to GO BEYOND THE GRIND & GO BEYOND THE HUSTLE BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO BE THE WALKING LEADER AND A LEADER THAT IS GREAT TO FOLLOW.

In episode 266, David continues his 2023 SELF-LEADERSHIP initiative to HELP YOU MAKE THE JUMP FROM AMATEUR TO PROFESSIONAL.
In this episode, David shares with you the second part of the seventh chapter served in two parts: EXPECT FAILURE (part 2).
Episode 266, continues to focus on EXPECTING FAILURE. Some say that when you expect failure you are going to get exactly what you ask for. Quite the contrary, FAILURE is part of LIFE. It is going to happen whether you like it or not. So, why not make the best of it?
Without FAILURE how will we know when we achieve SUCCESS?

Welcome to Episode 262 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra.
In this episode, I talk about FEEDBACK.
In this series, David shares with you the second part of the fifth chapter served in two parts: FEEDBACK (part 2).Episode 262, focuses on those that have a Professional Mindset and how Feedback is a critical component of all relationships of all types. This includes the relationship we have with ourselves. As Self-Leaders we are growing, learning, and experiencing life. This also means that as we put ourselves out there, we might not always be giving off the vibe we intend to or are presenting ourselves in a not so positive light. This is where feedback comes in.For the Professional, feedback is how leaders grow. Feedback is also how leaders help others grow. In this episode, I mention how the Beatles and David Bowie used FEEDBACK to continuously improve, get better, and remain relevant. The Professional also knows that feedback is part of life. That is why the Professional Mindset Level individual will hunt high and low for Feedback. They will take the feedback and use it to grow and getter. So, Get Better.Whether you are an Amateur or Professional or on your way from the former to the latter, I invite you to listen to this 13-minute episode, as you will hear my perspective on FEEDBACK and how to apply it to YOUR life.As we continue our journey from Amateur to Professional, thus we must continue to remind ourselves to CREATE WIN-WIN situations in all that you do. Welcome to Episode 261 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra.
In this episode, I talk about FEEDBACK.
Feedback is a critical component of all relationships of all types. This includes the relationship we have with ourselves. As Self-Leaders we are growing, learning, and experiencing life. This also means that as we put ourselves out there we might not always be giving off the vibe we intend to or are presenting ourselves in a not so positive light. Thus is where feedback comes in.For the amateur, feedback is usually something they claim they want but are quick to get on the defense. Before the feedback is delivered the Amateur mindset individual goes on the offense. Thus, in most cases, good feedback goes down the drain because the individual was never taught or learned how to accept feedback or is so insecure with who they are that they would NOT recognize feedback if it came with a free gold bar.Of course, not all with an Amateur mindset scoff at feedback. Some actually look for feedback, it is what they do with that FEEDBACK that matters most. .
Don't forget to CREATE WIN-WIN situations in all that you do. Start Strong! Stay Strong! Finish Strong! Be Strong!

Welcome to Episode 249 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra.
In this episode, I talk about the SOFT SKILL of LISTENING.
LISTENING is defined as “to pay attention to sound” or “to hear something with thoughtful attention: give consideration” or “to be alert to catch an expected sound”.LISTENING is also, the greatest tool in the Soft Skills arsenal. Without it none of all the other soft skills would never get off the ground. Without having the ability to listen why bother becoming a leader. Seriously, if your plan is to put in just enough to get you by, there is truly no point in thinking you have it in you to lead others.LISTENING is the foundation of any leadership development or leadership growth process. Thus, Listening is the foundation of the Walking Leader. It is all about getting out there, getting to know those you lead, and to connect with them because you are listening and paying attention.
Don't forget to CREATE WIN-WIN situations in all that you do. Start Strong! Stay Strong! Finish Strong! Be Strong!

Once all that is made known, then can the process to resolve be defined and ultimately implemented.PROBLEM SOLVING as a soft skill can be mastered. Mastery may require a lifetime of learning. However, the results will be more than you could imagine. The market for those that can effectively and efficiently solve problems is huge because like death and taxes are two other certainties. However, take the following into consideration when it comes to acting on your creativity, please keep in mind that while you do your best the end result is always subject to the interpretation of others. Take the color red for instance, you use deep red, others may see the red as blood red or burgundy or some other shade of red and to them it is not what they asked for. Remember, it is subjective. As a soft skill CREATIVITY can be mastered or not. Creativity is unique in that inherently you may be proficient in some forms of creativity and completely found lacking in others. Welcome to Episode 230 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra.
In this episode, David introduces his new podcast initiative for 2022. While still focusing on the individual's self-development when it comes to personal or self-leadership, David takes a deeper dive into the highly coveted and sought after soft skills. As a current and future leader, you have no choice but to acquire, learn, and work with a wide variety of soft skills. The wide variety refers to the "cluster of productive personality traits that characterize one's relationships in a social environment. These skills can include social graces, communication abilities, language skills, personal habits, cognitive or emotional empathy, time management, teamwork and leadership traits. A definition based on review literature explains soft skills as an umbrella term for skills under three key functional elements: people skills, social skills, and personal career attributes." This year we are going to tackle one soft skill at a time, one episode at a time. New for 2022, we are going to school with the Walking Leader podcast in that it will not only be voice/audio based but incorporating other content (audio, video, downloadables, etc.) on my website. So, buckle up because it is going to be a great ride..

Welcome to Episode 229 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra.
In this episode, I talk about SELF-LEADERSHIP and SELF-EVALUATION.
Happy New Year! Did you make a resolution? Did you set a new goal or want to accomplish a new mission? Or did you take time to self-evaluate?As a current or future leader, taking and making time to self-evaluate is an essential function of a leader that not only cares about the people that follow that leader but the future leaders that leader will help create. By taking the time to evaluate where that individual has been and where they are going will help make any changes that need to be made that much easier to happen. Staying on course comes easy when individuals are keeping an eye on the compass, the horizon and what’s behind them. It is when people put focus too much on one or the other that the journey goes off-course. Through intentional self-evaluation the current or future leader will find themselves always adjusting course and ultimately achieving their goals or realizing their vision or accomplishing their mission..

Welcome to Episode 228 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra.
In this episode, I talk about Self-Leadership and Influence.
As being a Self-Leader is all encompassing, influencing yourself must happen long before you can start to influence others. The influence you exert on yourself to achieve your goals and or objectives must always take precedence. That is because those you want to influence to achieve a common goal or objective will be quick to pick up on whether you believe in what you are attempting to make happen or not. Therefore, when it comes to influencing the actions of others, either be 100% all in or do not attempt to do so until you are 100%. There is no "fake it till you make it" when it comes to influencing as leader. You know what that means? Yeah, you have to put in the work. .

Welcome to Episode 227 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra.
In this episode, I talk about RELATIONSHIP BUILDING.
There is no secret sauce, no secret formula, no secrets to relationship building. It must be done, all the time without fail. The reason to build relationship is simple. So, simple that while many may believe they are actively building relationships, they are actually just stumbling and fumbling along. To create better and smoother running workplaces and to be successful and engaged leaders, leaders that people wnat to follow, have no choice but to build and maintain relationships with those they follow and lead. True Leaders in order to attract followers do not resort to fancy tricks, deception, or any form of trickery. Leaders build relationships through true, authentic communication in the form of dialogue. In this episode we will break it all down and hopefully get your started or back on the right track. It can be done..

Welcome to Episode 226 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra, MBA
In episode 226, David continues his 2021 Self-Leadership Series talking about: SELF-LEADERSHIP & ACCOUNTABILITYAs a current and future leader, at any level, in any field it is not only important to hold others accountable but as a SELF-LEADER to hold yourself accountable first and foremost. Seriously, think about the following: How would you feel when a manager is all about the "DO AS I SAY AND NOT AS I DO" mindset and way of doing things?Personally, I would start to wonder as to who was the "Brainiac" that thought it was a great idea to give this individual a management position let alone attempt at leading others. I know I am not alone in this. Any one that has ever worked in any position in any capacity and for any length of time has most certainly encountered at least one of these “do as I say, not as I do” individuals. That is why it behooves all of us to constantly hold ourselves accountable long before we think about holding others accountable and that is the sign of a TRUE LEADER. Be that kind of a leader!.

Welcome to Episode 218 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra.
In this episode, I talk about SELF-LEADERSHIP & TAKING RISKSTaking Risks Is Essential To Growing Into The Leader You Have Always Wanted To Follow.Living in our comfort zone mean we will never going write that book or go cliff diving in Acapulco. Thus, when we decide it is time to do something different it involves leaving our comfort zone. Leaving our comfort zone means we are going to have to take a risk. Our growth stems from taking risks. All kinds of risks. The first risk current and future leaders make is taking that first and second step to doing what it takes to become a leader: Lead Yourself First.Risk taking is what will make you a better follower first, then a leader. Taking the risks proves you are creating experiences and learning from them which in turn creates wisdom..

Welcome to Episode 217 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra.
In this episode, I talk about SELF-LEADERSHIP WHEN IT COMES TO GOING BIG.
Go Big or Go Home! We have all heard that before. What does that mean? It means, that in order to be recognized we can no longer stay in the shadows. Going Big means as someone who wants to be discovered as a leader then delivering on what you stand for must be done in a manner that leaves no doubt as to who you are and what you bring to the table. As a leader, you must be going big in everything you do and say. This does not mean everything has to be a huge, flashy production. It means that you are not afraid to stand out from the crowd. It means you have no doubt you are ready to the the reins of leadership and stand apart of the crowd, as most leaders so very often do..

Welcome to Episode 216 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra.
In this episode, I talk about WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO KEEP THE PLANS I MAKE FOR MYSELF
Everyday we make plans: long term, short term, near term. While all that is well and good, it is in keeping those plans and turning them into a reality that means far more than just making them. A part of being recognized as a genuine leader is being known as someone that not only makes plans but keeps then around long enough to make them a reality. Plans are only as those that create and execute on them.Countless individuals make plans everyday. Plans to read a book a month, to lose weight, run that 10K, and so on. However, those countless individuals never execute on those plans. Leaders, especially those self-leaders know that to just be all show and no go is not what is going to make things happen. Talking a good game is only worth as much as those that are willing to make it happen. Seriously, if all you do is plan but NEVER execute then what good are you as a leader? The point here is execute and MAKE STUFF HAPPEN! Making stuff happen is part of your SELF-LEADERSHIP journey..

Welcome to Episode 215 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra.
In this episode, I talk about How Do I Keep The Faith (In Myself).
Faith defined as "complete trust or confidence in someone or something" and in this episode we are focusing that in someone that is you. You must have complete trust and confidence in yourself all the time. When it comes to keeping the faith in yourself is critical in that if you are not exuding confidence in your self then others will see that. These others are the people you want to lead. You must be your own cheerleader long before they will cheer you on.
You want to succeed then you must drive your own success. Know there will be bumps, obstacles and other distractions which will test your resolve, confidence, and faith.Don't forget to CREATE WIN-WIN situations in all that you do. Start Strong! Stay Strong! Finish Strong! Be Strong!

In this episode, I talk about Overcoming Negative Self-Talk.
We all have negative thoughts about ourselves within ourselves. We have that little voice that screams at us, questioning our attempts at being better, doing something good, questioning everything. Do not kid me and most of all do not kid yourself, we all have that negative self-talk. However, as leaders, current or future, we have to actively work at changing all that negativity into a positive. There are times when that negative self-talk becomes debilitating so much that we limit ourselves and may actually remove any growth we may have attained. In this episode, we talk about what that negative self-talk is, what to do when it creeps in and why it is important to our personal and professional..

Welcome to Episode 213 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra.
In this episode, David continues his Self-Leadership series and in this episode he talks about CONVERTING SELF-LEADERSHIP.
As you work your way to creating a level of Self-Leadership that is no longer just a habit but at the level that it becomes a lifestyle you are converting that self-leadership into something else. Something you may have heard about but not every truly though you were organically doing: Leading By Example. It is through leading by example that you actively walk the talk, you constantly and consistently put you money where your mouth is. Then the only outcome is you are converting that self-leadership into creating, inspiring and motivating others to begin their own self-leadership journey. As part of any kind of leadership training and professional development you have to ensure that you are not pulling any punches so as not to short change yourself or others. In this leadership development phase of your life you cannot afford to pull punches as that will slowly but surely reveal you are not ready to properly grow as a personal, professional leader. As the Walking Leader, you are tasked to continue to grow and succeed first before you can even consider entering the ring of leadership..
Don't forget to CREATE WIN-WIN situations in all that you do. Start Strong! Stay Strong! Finish Strong! Be Strong!
