Holy Cross is in the midst of the RIC process, which seeks to introduce a welcome statement that specifically acknowledges marginalized segments of the population, such as the Gay, Lesbian, Transgender, Bisexual, and Queer/Questioning community.
This week we welcome our communications director Jeanine Davis to the "couch" to discuss how she came to join us and what she does around Holy Cross.

The Couch crew is joined at a table this week by Salem Lutheran Director of Adult Ministries and Outreach, Meghan Harmison. Meghan is a former substance abuse therapist. She helps Amy, Jon and D.J. dive into the ELCA social statement on healthcare in light of current events in the country.
