Some highlights of the episode are:
Reminders:
See you next week!
Supercamp is a Kairos Training Camp where nearly all KTC Lead Facilitators co-facilitate an event together. Last weekend in Atlanta, >180 chiropractors trained their art, connected with themselves, and refocused on what it will take to make our profession #1 in health and healing.
In this episode, Dr. Lance von Stade and Dr. Brett Jones reflect on the event and also dive more deeply on the mechanisms of stretching the field.
I competed in the 2007 and 2008 Cross Country NCAA Championships... but both times I failed miserably.
I had high expectations, went into the races poised to be an All-American, yet fell into the same pattern that resulted in not eating, vomiting, and falling apart.
But I learned a lot about how to overcome patterns.
In this episode I share how this lesson can transform your healing, your business growth and your chiropractic artistry.
Just like your health experiencing pain and symptoms is a sign of health. Your ability to adapt, feel, expel is normal and good for you.
If you are unable to adapt to the stressor and there is a repetition of the symptoms this is when you would experience sickness.
How about your business?
As you grow, and the life of a business owner will continue to throw new pains and symptoms your way. Your ability to adapt is a sign of health.
So what would a sign of sickness in your business be?

Live interview with Dr. Brett Jones and Dr. Jordan Fairley...
Talking events that have transpired over the last 18 months, lockdowns, mandates and the need for health freedom.
Also, how we can help people become more aware of their life and start to implement healthier habits.
Excellence is less about what you do, and more about what you allow...
yes, and what you do is very important.
Your health, your personal development, your business will all be able to reach the NEXT level of success when you start to get the concept of "what you allow"
It's been really heavy out there.
There are mandates and exclusionary measures happening every day.
If you value the ability to choose a natural way of living, then the time to stand up and speak out is NOW.
Also, we will be starting the Health Freedom Academy Sept 27th 2021.

Dr. Brett Jones steps out of the shadows to give an update on many of the changes over the past 6 months.
6 months ago Dr. Brett transitioned from Oakland CA to move to Tucson Arizona to start a new journey.
In this episode he shares with you some POTENT questions to ask yourself before starting your business.
Plus he gives you some of his keys to starting off on fire from the gate.
We often hear just get yourself in your community, start getting your hands on people, serve, and you'll find the right way you want to serve your people.
I say that's backwards!
In this episode I share with you a big marketing secret for how you can use the Value Ladder to plan exactly where you are sending people.
When you do this well, you will make more money, increase your conversions, increase your retention and ultimately serve people at a higher level.
Interested in Kairos University?
https://www.kairostrainingculture.com/kairosuniversity
Retention is one of the most common needs of a chiropractic office, and any business for that matter.
With our Doctor trainings at The Source Chiropractic we recognized that there are 3 most common presentations that people have at their first progress exam.
"Totally Better"
Mostly better - in between period of adaptation
Haven't seen the results they want yet - frustrated
In this episode I share how you can connect with these 3 presentations and inspire and motivate people based on what their current needs are.
Dr. Jordan Fairley
Your wounds, suffering, hardships can be great motivators, but often don't carry the same motivational punch once you have healed.
So is there another way to build motivation, purpose and drive other than from your shadow self?
I recently spoke at the Kairos Training Culture Facilitator Camp about using your "light Self" or otherwise known as your Ideal Self as motivation to attune to the values and attributes that you know you can be.
When you realize what these are attributes are and make the commitment to embody them every day they can be even more empowering than focusing on your suffering.
Dr Jordan Fairley
Let's be honest, people like you, are ready for some FUN!!
The question is, who is going to give it to them?
We're gearing up for Soul Revival 2022 and this is going to be a huge "transformational PARTY for your soul!"
DJ's, Dancing, Conscious Speakers, Breathwork, Movement... it's going to be fire, and we're going to have a lot of fun.
As we become close to our capacity in the office it because even more important to ensure we are setting ourselves up for providing the best service...
and making sure patients don't feel like they're receiving a sub par experience.
I'll share with you what i tell all new associates to ensure they do, and also what we are doing to make sure our patients are getting all their needs met.
My RANT about sick care vs health care... WARNING** a few expletives
It's up to you, everyone knows the pills and the symptom masking is a failed model...
and the world is ready to know there is a difference with sick care and health care.
There just isn't anyone else talking about it... so it's up to us.
I've been having fun with meme coins, alt-coins and crypto currencies lately...
In this episode I share one of my biggest takeaways for why people continue to buy, stick around, and buy again...
and share with you how you can use this same strategy for your business to keep your patients excited about care, increase your retention and increase the offerings that you provide people.
P.S. I'll take any coinbase crypto transfers as a thank you, haha!
Live Interview with Reggie Mims (12th quarter Life U), Bryan Harper (13th quarter Life U), Dr. Malcolm Young (2nd year in practice)
4:45 Reggie Mims: What is the ABCA? What is your biggest hope for your home community? What is one thing everyone should know?
25:40 Bryan Harper: Experience as a Student? How to get through the hard times as a student? What is the importance of community?
41:30 Dr. Malcolm Young: Why did you move to Oakland? How long should an adjustment take? How much money can a new doc make? What do you wish new docs knew?
I don't care how many followers you have, does your marketing and content result in new patients?
Recently I was on the "Path to a Million Podcast (episode)" and shared the #1 marketing mistake I see...
and why my marketing is so effective instead.
An inside look at this years Facilitator Training Camp...
In this episode I share "Why I almost didn't attend last years facilitator training camp and my biggest takeaway from going"
and the 3 questions we were asked leading into this years camp, and how you can apply it to your training.
If you're like me, you're a high achiever. You reach for the stars, you dream big and work hard to feel accomplished.
The problem is even when you achieve the big thing you immediately start thinking about the next big thing you want to achieve; and never truly feel fulfilled in the moment.
Sound about right?
In this episode I share with you where this pattern originated for me, and the how it has continued for over a decade.
Plus i'm going to give you 3 questions you can ask yourself to make sure you are feeling more joy, fulfillment and presence in your day to day life.

People are depressed, they're lacking hope, they're waiting for something to change...
and they don't realize THEY need to be the change.
We came into contact with 16,991 people at The Source Chiropractic last year and what we consistently hear is un-inspired people.
You as a chiropractor GET THE OPPORTUNITY to facilitate change for people...
Reignite passion, purpose, drive, hope, inspiration, joy, excitement.
I have been asking all of my practice members this one question, which allows for a process of breaking them free from their current stuck hopeless pattern.
Enjoy.
KTC training camps are well known for being experiences where people break through past versions of themselves and step into a new level of self-growth and mastery on all levels.
The differences in artistry, movement, and education are well known, experienced and established at the Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 training camps...
something we don't often discuss is WHY we facilitate many of the experiences we host in the manner that we do.
Simply put...
Level 1 is to help you FEEL Self.
Level 2 is to help you feel OTHERS.
Level 3 is to help you FACILITATE A PROCESS.
Steps are not to be skipped, and are encouraged to be embodied when stepping into a new level.
If you can truly master these 3 phases, you will be a great healing facilitator.
Dr. Jordan Fairley
The Artful Chiropractor Podcast
We often look at leaders and think we need to emulate them.
However we also feel fear, scared, timid, unsure about stepping into leadership because we think we need to be just like them.
The truth is, you will be magnetizing when you harness YOUR greatest strengths.
To be an authentic leader that you need to hone in on what you are great at, and then work on bridging the gap for the other qualities you see in a great leader.

save needed capital to start own practice of your dreams
The problem is most people don't know the questions to ask or what to look for in order to find the right position for them.
Our society is currently stuck in a cycle of feelings that do not promote the healing process.
Possibly more important than the systems and structure of your day 1 systems is "How do you make people FEEL" during the initial exam.
Dr. Jordan Fairley shares how the biggest take away from 3 weeks of training new associates has been the balance of systems and creating feeling states in your presence.
Dr. Brett Jones and Dr. Jordan Fairley share an eye opening transparent journey in the evolution of business development offerings for Kairos Training Culture.
It all started with a realization that what had previously appeared to exist, was that to be successful in business was often a sacrifice of the artist.
Rather than losing your soul as an artist... Dr. Brett shares...
How can you be successful in your ART and Business.
How to speak and evolve people through care with love rather than fear.
The 5 phases of evolution for people in chiropractic care.

Kairos is the Shadow work, Your Business is the Light.

At 44 this year, Shelly Davies is living a dream she didn’t know she had – helping people live more fully, more authentically, and more in their truth. She does this with a lot of laughs, her new traditional Māori chin tattoo, and a fair amount of curse words sprinkled liberally through everything she does, even her website. Shelly’s story is one of loving self through dead husbands, depression, obesity, single parenting, running an #accidentallyawesome business, and even, much to her equal dismay and delight, grandparenting.
By brand, Shelly’s a “Rockstar Writing Trainer” - one of New Zealand’s go-to deliverers of business and technical writing training. But boy, those engineers and government departments don’t realise what they’re going to get once Shelly’s in the room.
What they get is a lot of UNTRAINING – undoing all of the bad habits they picked up at university and through their careers. With hashtags like #writelikeahuman and #authenticitywins, Shelly encourages research-based approaches to writing in more authentic ways, with a natural voice that increases confidence and trust.

Dr. Jan Kirschner has maintained a successful wellness chiropractic practice for 29 years. The “rules” he developed for success in chiropractic school have been passed on to students at numerous institutions for generations. Dr. Kirschner was a founding board member of the Association for Network Care, and an international teaching staff member for Wise World Seminars, during which time he developed the Page One seminar as a way for students and doctors to master fundamental skills that were beginning to disappear from chiropractic curricula. He has taught Page One and his recently created Page Two seminars in Australia, Europe, Bali and the United States. Prior to becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Kirschner was a comedy writer and performer, appearing in venues such as HBO, the Olympic Arts Festival in Los Angeles and the Goodman Theater in Chicago. Dr. Kirschner is the proud father of three children, all of whom were born at home, adjusted within minutes of their births, and have solely utilized chiropractic care to lead healthy lives.

Living and loving every second of LIFE in the Chiropractic fast lane! Life is busy with two practices and 5 kids--two sets of twins. My husband and I are Soul Mates in love, passion and purpose. In the deaths of close loved ones, births of our children and in chiropractic service to thousands of souls here on Earth, I have learned more than I could have ever dreamed of about health, full-expression life, sickness, and death. I wake up each morning with two goals: 1. Serve my family--be the absolute best wife & mother as possible! 2. Serve humanity with all the Love in my heart. Life is so good! And, I am giddy with excitement because I know I am just getting started!
Dr. Monique Andrews has been sharing her knowledge and wisdom with Chiropractors for nearly 2 decades. Her dedication to the philosophy, art & science was recognized the moment she entered the profession. Upon graduation from Palmer College in Davenport she was awarded a Presidential Citation for Service to the Chiropractic Profession. The only student to ever receive the honor.
Holding both Doctor of Chiropractic and Master’s degrees in Neuroscience, the breadth and depth of her knowledge is vast. Dr. Mo is best known for her engaging presentations and TED style of lecturing, making even the most difficult concepts in neurology and physiology accessible to all learners.
While her brain is an obvious asset perhaps her greatest gift is in the enormity of her heart. Dr. Mo’s compassionate, authentic expression of life is exemplified in her belief that who you are as a person precedes who you are as a chiropractor.

Dr. Lance and Ray discuss some key points from Cedric Bertelli’s episode and touch on Non-Violent Communication in combination with TIPI.
Cedric is of French origin and has been living in the San Francisco Bay Area for over ten years.
He trained with the Tipi program in France directly under the founder, researcher Luc Nicon, in 2009. Nicon is recognized in Europe for having been able to isolate a natural capacity for emotional regulation through a landmark study.
After nine years of close collaboration with him in France and in the US, Cedric is the only expert certified to teach this work in English-speaking countries.
During his years of work with Mr. Nicon, Cedric has developed complete mastery of how to use the sensory memory to regulate recurrent emotional or behavioral difficulties as well as PTSD.
He has been able to measure on himself and hundreds of clients the effectiveness and speed at which emotional or behavioral patterns, even those that are very old, can be permanently regulated when we allow the body to do its natural work.
Cedric decided to make this discovery for emotional regulation available to the greater public through education and offering high-quality trainings.
Prior to working with the Tipi program, Cedric was the Director of Restaurants for the Ritz-Carlton in Half Moon Bay, California.

Dr. Caitlin Reimer is a 2017 graduate of Life University, College of Chiropractic. She is currently serving the Bremen and Marietta communities her gift of chiropractic, as well as facilitating chiropractic growth throughout the US and around the world as a lead facilitator of Adjusting Ninjas Training Camps.
During her time in school she focused on training to be the best possible chiropractor using the program designed by Kairos Training Culture’s Adjusting Ninjas. She was part of the crew that brought the Adjusting Ninjas club to Life University and served as a club facilitator for 2 years. Upon graduating, she was invited to join the Adjusting Ninjas Training Camps lead facilitating team. Through this work she recognized the importance of a whole person approach, and took to other global, tonal techniques like Logan Basic and BGI (Bio-Geometric Integration).
Dr. Caitlin sees the individual as an entire being that either integrates or stores each and every experience and recognizes that stored experiences (physical, mental and emotional) can manifest as a multitude of symptoms throughout the body. By adjusting the body as a whole, acknowledging the human being, and clearing the nervous system of interference, the body is able to function using 100% of its innate intelligence allowing for optimal expression of life.
