Food for Thought Friday (FFTF)- short fire episodes of thoughts, challenges and lessons Raj has had in property investing and business. In today's episode, I share some insights following a great discussion I had with a few experienced investors around the pros and cons of having one property strategy vs multiple. This is a big topic in the property world and some people say that you should only stick to one strategy and give that your full focus, and become an expert in one area..... On the other hand, is there a time where it makes sense for some people to run multiple strategies at once... As people talk about the importance of having multiple streams of income right? so in this episode, I outline a few of the different angles and perspectives that were discussed and also give some of my final thoughts at the end.
