Welcome to the Sentient Podcast where we discuss all aspects of life coaching. Everything from habits, life hacks, proper nutrition and exercise, relationship and financial goals, and everything in between. The intent if this podcast is to incrementally raise your self- awareness and to have you ask questions, try new things, and to enjoy the human experience a little bit more. Each episode we will bring you fresh content from various industries and guests with a wide array of expertise. I choose guests based on some basic pretenses: first, I like them. That means they are good people and are trying to accomplish something. Secondly, I find them interesting in some aspect of their life. Third, they have something to say. Nothing is more boring than a podcast that doesn’t say anything and is only driving advertisements or sales. We are also going to be breaking down some of the topics and processes from around the coaching world. Too often I find a disconnect between the top coaches and amazing authors and the people reading those books or listening to a podcast for the first time and have no idea how to apply these things in their own lives. These courses out there can also be cost prohibitive for the average person. So, I thought it made sense to make some of these lessons more accessible.I hope you find these episodes as thought-provoking and as interesting as I do.
