This is a tribute to my Father who was and still is my hero.

As you will hear in this Podcast we lost him to Cancer two years ago. It took me a year to even speak about his passing out loud. I've chosen this as a way to honor and remember him. My Father used to tell so many incredible stories about his Father (My Grandfather) - and now it makes every bit of sense to me that I use my gift to pay tribute to a man who taught me so much and loved us even more.

Thank You for the lessons, Tata. Thank You for the love!

Disclaimer : Many tears were shed in this recording.

Renate Stuurman is an accomplished actor with decades of experience in the South African industry. Her love for her craft began at an early age as she explains in this episode. I love how she's remained committed to her career and how she's all about growing as an actor in our country.

We spoke about her foundation in ballet and drama, her days at Rhodes University, transitioning from Makhanda to JHB, starting out as a working actor, the NETFLIX pay cheque and how she continues to work at getting better at her craft.

This was incredibly enlightening chat. Please have a watch and let me know what you learnt from this episode.
