Sally's interview with a local mum about her 10 year journey of dealing with her daughter's extreme sensitivities to many common foods and environmental factors. Over the last three years they have been following the GAPS protocol (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) and have achieved impressive results.
This mother's main wish for the beginning of her journey: That she had been told the direct link between what we eat and our state of health.

Sally's shorter interview with Dr Howard Chilton, Neonatal Paediatrician and author of "Baby on Board" and "Your Cherished Baby" about the needs of newborn babies, social expectations of how they 'should' sleep, attuning to your baby, how babies teach us what they need, their need to be breastfed to sleep and lots of cuddling and holding, that there are no rules when caring for babies as each one is so different, but so able to communicate what they need if we watch and learn from them, 'colic', how our attentiveness to them sets them up for life and so much more.
