It is important to know proper care and have postpartum products that will help us recover comfortably and quickly. I categorized my postpartum must-haves into three groups:

  1. Must-haves for abdominal care
  2. Must -haves for perineal care
  3. Must-haves for breastfeeding/pumping

including a bonus product. If you have other must-haves I did not share in this episode, feel free to share it in the reviews or comment on any of my social media. Below are links to all of the products I mentioned in the episode. As always, I see you, I hear you, and I value you.
