VaAchaltem Achol 5738, Class One.
This Ma’amar is a Hemshech to Layehudim of Purim.
This class is on the last part of the Ma’amar that deals with Purim.
Purim is very special now but will be (even more) special even after Moshiach comes, because it is from the highest and reaches the lowest.
First the Megilla: on the one hand there isn’t a single mention of Hashem’s name, on the other hand it is higher than any level of revealed G-dly light.
This is true of Purim as a whole, on the one hand it is higher than reason עד דלא ידע on the other hand it comes into Galus itself.
This is true of the two extremes about the name אחשוירוש which means אחרית וראשית שלו that are brought into time.
This is true also of (the two extremes regarding) הלכות תושבע”פ אינן בטלים לעולם on the hand “cold dry” Halachos, on the other hand it actually changes the physical because its source is from Ratzon.
But Liasid, Purim will be much higher; what is now אמונה will be then ידיעה and there will be a much higher אמונה (MiMalei Sovev and higher than Sovev).
This is initiated by the work we do now especially in the times of Galus!!
Class Two. This (second class on this Ma’amar) argues that you must say עבודה צורך גבוה בניחותא even about עצמות ממש and brings it’s proof from קליפת אדום. It is written that קליפת אדום is עולה ואינו יודע עד כמה (in other words it isn’t יורד) and Hashem says to יעקב אבינו not to worry אם תגביה כנשר משם אורידך. This is the idea of קליפה falling by itself because it approaches עצמות. This is proof that עצמות is איכפת לי’ה. The Rebbe explains that עבודה בכל מאודיך does reach עצמות especially from תורה rather than from תפילה which is after all a סולם מוצב ארצה וראשו מגיע השמימה. This explains the פסוק היא העולה (על מוקדה) על המזבח וגו the Klipa ascends היא העולה and falls itself into גיהינום as it says על מוקדה.
Class One. In this first class on this מאמר the Rebbe discusses the idea of עבודה צורך גבוה- do our תורה ומצוות touch and matter to Him? The answer: In שמו or גילויים yes, but not in עצמות. He explains it using the מאמר עד שלא נברא העולם הי’ הוא ושמו בלבד. He explains that שמו includes אצילות which is (the real idea of) שמו and גילויים; but it also includes (many levels higher than אצילות) until נושא הכל in עצמות ומהות [in יכולת]. So, עבודה צורך גבוה בניחותא to גילויים but not עצמות.
This is the end of the Ma’amar explaining the Pesukim– Vayakheil to gather all aspects of all Yidden and the world in general and join them together in the effort of making a דירה לו יתברך בתחתונים through work ששת ימים תעשה מלאכה so we can have משיח which is שבת שבתון that is earned through indifferent involvement in מלאכה as indicated in the very same words: ששת ימים תיעשה מלאכה.
Just as Parnassa is done so indifferently that it ends up being a chore, so too קבלת עול מלכות שמים on the highest level is where the person has no personal interest, only what Hashem wants, this also overturns the sin of עגל which is עבודה זר
