“To the Point podcast” I am your host, Louis Rinn, and my guest is Johnnie Shamoun. John as he likes to be called is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and he is also active in Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokerage. John attended CSUN in Northridge and Parhan College, Melbourne Australia.
He earned his Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License from the Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers in 2007 his clients, include national banks, law firms, CPA’s private individuals, and property management companies.
John also provides, Valuation Testimony and Litigation Support regarding Fair Market Value in the Chapter 11 U.S Bankruptcy Courthouse.
John is happily married to his wife Mayada of 19 years and has two wonderful teenagers. John loves to play tennis, racquetball, table tennis, golf, hiking, ice hockey, gardening, cooking, reading, and traveling.
