Would like an option to disarm other tracks when arming a new track.  This is supported currently by option-clicking the arm button.  Having preferences option to make this the default behavior when you click arm would be very helpful.  When working solo, there is rarely ever a need to arm multiple tracks.  99% of time, when I arm a new track I also want to disarm any other track that was armed.
