The events from the January 6th 2021 shook our nation to its core. Since then I, like many of us have had to stop and think about "leadership" and its influence on our nation and the world. My thoughts are not directed to a political party, platform or person...but the influence we as leaders can have on people in our personal and professional lives and how we can focus our efforts on the positive aspects of leadership and its influences.
