Identified - We are aware that a small number of US customers may be experiencing delayed settlement of their Buy transactions which were placed on October 28th between 1:50 - 2:30 PM PT via ACH method. We have identified this issue and are working on a fix. Buys outside of the above time frame are not impacted. Rest assured, your funds are safe.
