The problem here, one that the DeSantis people know full well, federal law by the constitution and affirmed by SCOTUS takes precedence over the state. That includes criminal law.

I’d do it anyway of course and thumbs up to DeSantis/Florida for doing it. But I’m not expecting much. Bad findings will simply be ignored and the criminals have already been given a federal level get out of jail card.

I’ll be more than happy to find that I’m wrong.
