On a more serious note, what little remaining infrastructure exists in sub-Saharan Africa is the result of “colonialism” and it seems to be quickly degrading. If Whites had left Africa undiscovered, it wouldn’t be out of the question that between plagues and warfare that the southern part of Africa would be uninhabited.
