When bad shit happens on Democrats’ watch, they always blame “Republican deregulation.” Happens whether the Republican was Reagan, Bush, Shrub, or Trump. I’ve seen this line happening in the last few days, and I simply ask what specific regulation that was removed under Trump would have prevented this disaster.

Besides, the real disaster wasn’t the derailment, it was the decision to do the burnoff. And that decision was made with the OK of the EPA and DOT. And those agencies certainly are not under the auspices of Trump.
