But Barry you did not address my point about his Defense Strategy.

He knew they had video because someone was videoing him as he walked through. Also, the Prosecution was using selective clips from video to try to show his “guilt”. So, why did he and his defense team of lawyers fold and just let him go to prison? Why didn’t they appeal and/or demand the Court make the prosecution produce the full videos?

Or otherwise get some better lawyers.
