We had African blacks in my old research group – working for an FRS – you got in by invitation only, IQ > 120 at minimum, fluent in English, two other European languages. Actually asked them about American blacks moving back “home” – and unless they had actual engineering degrees, MDs, or graduate degrees in hard sciences or maths, they were not welcome. Needless to say, any kind of arrest records would keep them out – they were arrested at the airport and deported. They wouldn’t have any tolerance for any of the woke crowd, either. And if they were black, they’d also have to be fluent in the language and customs of the dominant tribe. Boatloads would be met by machine gun fire, I’d bet.
