You proselytize that Marxism is “Equity” and Free Market Capitalism is Inequitable and Racist and Misogynist. As each generation becomes more indoctrinated they indoctrinate the next one by infiltrating more and more Institutions.

Now HR departments and marketing departments are almost 100% Leftist. Not only that but most shares of the S&P500 companies are held by the top 10 Fund Management Companies like Blackrock. The Boards and CEOs don’t work for and try to please the shareholders anymore. They are irrelevant. Those that control their futures are the Woke Fund Managers, the crazy Woke employees who will scream sexual harassment, the HR Departments that make sure your company is filled with Woke Crazies, and a handful of fellow Marxist billionaires who are controlled by or control Deep State.

Meanwhile, as these Boards and CEOs wreck their companies they pay themselves hundreds of millions and walk away filthy rich. They are often then appointed by the same system to be Independent Directors of other Companies and begin the process all over again.

Then there are the handful of Marketing Companies who pitch these ad campaigns…
