It would have been nice to see the whole thing from start to finish… Any person can be made to look a fool by taking bits out of context, and in addition, that last 55 seconds on Twitter appears to have been digitally manipulated, in comparison with the 1 minute 21 second bit mentioned above. I don’t see evidence that Biden is non compos mentis, or senile, or anything like that. Similar media trickery was done with Trump, btw.
