There are videos of. people with cell phones recording him in the roof and screaming ” there’s a guy with a gun up there!”. Why didn’t that spook him?

He’s walking around with a range finder and keeps returning to the building WITH THE ROOF UNCOVERED and a clear shot at the stage from 400 feet and NO ONE stops him?

They supposedly called it in and STILL no one did anything?
