in Kansas -not likely that this would actually occur in Kansas, just sayin’ – this guy would be transported to jail, if he pulled this in booking, would end up in the isolation cell right across from the booking area, on his way to a screener, then to the state hospital at Osawatomie for probably a two week stay. That would straighten this guy out right away, you have to be really crazy to get sent there more than once, I’ve seen people beg to avoid being sent there… I had to serve a subpoena on the director of that place once, it looked like One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest…
