We recognize that ideas, perspectives, experiences and beliefs help us discover different ways of problem-solving. Remaining in our comfort zones and always being surrounded with like-minded people doesn't help us to personally develop. Instead, we must seek voices and knowledge from perspectives we didn't know exists because that is where the growing begins.
