After Oregon Republicans walked out of the legislature to prevent the passage of a cap-and-trade bill for two sessions in a row, Governor Kate Brown took action. She issued an executive order meant to accomplish some of the same goals of the failed legislation. More than six months later, we hear from environmental advocates about how the executive order is working and what they still want to see from state government.
