Victims of Crime Commissioner, Fiona McCormack, has called for the justice system to be looked at more closely to support those who have been affected by criminal acts, after serial killer Paul Denyer, who murdered three women in 1993, launched his bid for freedom today with his fate to be decided by a parole board.
