What’s the problem with dating potential? Isn’t it fine to think that people will grow and evolve and change? That you should aspire to a better life?

Two things:

You’re building your life based on someone that doesn’t exists.

You’re settling for ‘good enough’ right now.

Instead of focussing on finding the one, focus on the being ‘the one’ for yourself. Learn about what you want your future to look, what dreams you’d like fulfilled.

You are worthy and deserving of a partner that is worthy to be with you!
