President of the United States Joe Biden has announced new military aid for Ukraine, after making an an unannounced visit to the country on Monday.

Nine UK Correspondent Jess Millward told John Stanley that air raid sirens played across the capital as Biden walked alongside Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.
