Many Australians consider COVID-19 a thing of the past, but new research suggests the virus continues to have a significant impact on thousands of people living with ongoing symptoms.

A new survey of medically vulnerable Australians found one in six (16.6%) report persistent COVID-19 symptoms, commonly known as Long COVID, with many saying it continues to affect their physical health, mental wellbeing and everyday life.
