On Low Down and Dirty this week we have the winner of the inaugural Lincoln “Dirt Classic presented by Kasey Kahne” Mr. Stevie Smith. The standing room only crowd saw a great battle between Stevie and Lance Dewease for the coveted 1st place prize of $20,000. We will get the low down on how Stevie got the job done on Saturday night.
