Hiring managers sometimes abuse their powers. Who can rein them in?

I, SenatorJPO, accrued 3 years of dairy experience by "permatemping" in the packaging department at a dairy plant in Sauk County.

But when vacancies arose in that department, the hiring manager (Sue) -withheld- my job application from the packaging supervisors!

And I couldn't just hand them my app because, "It's not our call...Everything has to be through Sue."

Instead, Sue hired a bunch of foundry workers with -zero- dairy experience whatsoever.

It's -outrageous- that any organization would utilize someone for years at a time as an auxiliary, but then pass-him-up to hire people with less-relevant and inferior experience.

"Thanks a lot," Susan Felton!
