Seven people were sentenced this week in 21st District Court in Washington County by Judge Carson Campbell.
38-year-old Trequinton Dermaine Green of Calvert was sentenced to four years in prison for Prostitution/Payor Person under 18 Years of Age. Green pleaded guilty on June 24, 2021.
21-year-old Tavius Davon Clark of Brenham had his probation adjudicated and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.
35-year-old Jonathan Rutherford of Driftwood was sentenced to 295 days in state jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
54-year-old Elve Culliver, Jr. of Houston was sentenced to four years’ probation and ordered to pay $3,642 in restitution for Burglary of a Building.
34-year-old Delisa Evett Richardson of Brenham received five years’ deferred adjudication probation for Exploitation of the Elderly. Richardson must also pay $11,000 in restitution and maintain no contact with the victim.
32-year-old Joshua Bryan of Brenham was sentenced to 151 days in the Washington County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
33-year-old Timothy Jefferson of Killeen was sentenced to 28 days in the Washington County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
