Brenham Police report that Monday evening at 6:35, Officer B. Morong stopped a vehicle in the 2800 block of Highway 290 West for a traffic violation. It was discovered the driver, Sean Patrick Armstrong, 35 of Conroe, was operating a motor vehicle during a period that his driver’s license was invalid or suspended. The driver was placed under arrest for Driving While License Invalid with a Previous Conviction.
