The Brenham Community Development Corporation Board of Directors will meet in executive session tomorrow (Thursday) to discuss land for development and an economic project.
The first topic behind closed doors will be the development of approximately 6.41 acres owned by Capital Westview Partners in the Brenham Business Center, located on Highway 290 at Blue Bell Road.
Second will be discussion on Project Stones Throw and transaction matters involving around 50 acres in the Southwest Industrial Park, located on Highway 290 at FM 389. The board will re-open regular session afterwards to potentially take action on the item.
During a Washington County Commissioners meeting on March 28th, now-former Brenham | Washington County Economic Development Director Susan Cates described Project Stones Throw as a greenhouse project.
Also at the meeting, board members will go through financial statements for the Fiscal Year 2022-23 second quarter and hear staff updates.
The board will meet tomorrow at 7:30 a.m. in the second-floor conference room at Brenham City Hall.
