City of Brenham utility crews are responding to a power outage on the northwest side of town.

Over 500 residents are affected by the outage, according to a notice issued this (Wednesday) afternoon by the city.

Brenham ISD officials say power is out at Brenham Elementary School and parts of Brenham High School.

City crews are on scene at the north substation.
