DSA Construction Management Project Manager Stad Tomlinson said some challenges have presented themselves with the weather, but work has begun for the stadium and crews are “adamant” about working whatever hours they can to keep on schedule.
Tomlinson said it is a balancing act between all of the different workers involved with various portions of building the stadium to stick to the timeline.
A scheduling sheet provided by Tomlinson showed that construction of the stadium and home parking is projected to be complete by the end of July. Work at the high school and for the remaining parking should be done by January 2024. The renovations for the junior high and cafeteria are expected to be finished by January 2025.
