In this weeks episode Nick and Simon identify what diversity is whether it be diversity in demographic or diversity in perspective, and the need for diversity to develop an inclusive society.  They also discuss how the need to be inclusive shouldn’t divert from a business’s core values, and allow for teams to be built on individuals that are in alignment with those core values without being exclusive.  Also, how leaders should embrace team members who challenge the norm with their perspectives or demographic with the aim of enriching and improving the organisation.
