In this week’s episode Nick and Simon discuss the importance of fairness in an organisation and how to lead fairly.  They clarify the relevance of fair dealings, fair dos and fair play and highlight the three key areas where fairness can be managed.  These being the importance of a fair framework in your Policies, processes and procedures, if this framework being applied fairly, and is the conduct of people applying the policies and procedures fair to everyone.  Failure to manage any of these three areas fairly can erode trust in your organisation.
