In this week’s episode, Nick and Simon discus the little discussed topic of high performing teams looking after their leader.  They discuss the concept of the leader being a vital part of the team and that for a team to become truly high performing they need to look after each and every member – including the leader.  They discuss some of the constraints that teams might face when doing so and some of the options they have to look after their leader more effectively.
