He serves as one of Vortex Church’s Overseers and is a constant source of wisdom and encouragement to Pastor Kevin and his family. Eric and his wife, Darlene, has a deep passion for reaching unchurched people and a deep love for their city. Eric is a pastor and leader who loves Jesus and people. That is evident in the church and within his family. We’re very excited to have him with us today!

Shaun Olsen is the Lead Pastor of Venture Church in Bluffton, SC. Shaun is a visionary leader that pioneered a church merger in the wake of the COVID Pandemic while his church was homeless, instigated a redesign of the church property, and now Venture Church has grown by over 100% in the past year! We are so blessed to have Shaun with us today!

Jonathan Pearson currently serves as the Teaching Pastor of Springwell Church in Greenville, SC. Jonathan and Pastor Kevin have a friendship that goes back well over a decade. Jonathan was one of the first leaders to believe in the vision of Vortex Church. He has served as one of our Overseers, a board of Pastors from around the country that oversee Pastor Kevin, since we started almost a decade ago. Jonathan is one of the best young leaders in the church today, and we are honored to have him with us to speak!

As we close out our series "Come To The Table" Jen Barker is closing with teaching us how we need to be inviting our neighbors to our table. You might be asking, "Who is my neighbor?" or "How do I love my neighbor?" During this message Jen Barker is answering those two questions for us!

Every family has a table. This is practically true in the sense of having a kitchen table. It is also symbolically true. During this message, Pastor Kevin Simmons is teaching how parents have the job of leading their kids towards something that will sustain, empower and give them purpose.

Marriage is the foundation of family, and family is the foundation of God’s redemptive plan. During this message, Pastor Kevin is teaching through Ephesians 5 and showing us the “life hacks” on marriage!

Attitudes are very important. They are creating your reality in which you live. During this message, Pastor Kevin Simmons is showing us how we can hack our attitudes through the passages of Philippians 1 & 2 in the Bible!

Good Friday was good for us, but it was painful for Jesus. As He endured that pain and agony of the crucifixion, He had you and me on His mind. And He did it all for us. Pastor Kevin Simmons reminds us tonight why Good Friday is good for us.

The last meal that Jesus shared with His disciples before He was handed over to be crucified was more than just a meal. Jesus knew the significance of it that night, and we are still reminded of the sacrifice Jesus made for us. Jonathan Pearson currently serves as the Executive Pastor of Springwell Church in Greenville, SC. Jonathan and Pastor Kevin have a friendship that goes back well over a decade.
