Notes: Brewed with Golden Promise malt from Scotland and a generous portion of malted and flaked oats, The Vennel pours black with hints of mahogany and a creamy tan head. Named for a passageway between buildings in old Scottish towns, it exudes pleasant coffee character with added flavors of baker’s chocolate and light roast on the finish. Mildly carbonated for a rounded mouthfeel. (6%)
