What does it take to achieve big, hairy, scary goal? Well.... I don't know from my experience yet... as I didn't achieved it ... but what I know is - I am going for IT. And what that means is - I GROW oh yes I grow, I definitely already see that. I see all the good changes in me. Even if I wont achieve it.. this progress is so valuable anyways.

We focused here on holiday promotions which Estera is smashing every time they come about in her company, so I wanted to pick up her brain and learn something from it to be able to recreate it and reach my goals too.

I was a speaker for 11th Global Speakers Talk Summit. It was my first this type of public speaking experience so I was little bit nerves here and also as I was the last speaker some of what I wanted to share was already said, so I just added a cherry on the top of cake lol....
If you can see it you can't have it... but what if you really struggle and can not see things you dream about at first.
Well, I though myself... I can not visualize my goals myself but as proven on the end of this podcast when I actually closed my eyes and started to describe what I want to experience - I can ensure you I've seen some of the things I talked about.
Visualisation is a complex process and I'm sharing with you here few things which I do and they help me to create my vision. Hopefully you can find something useful for yourself here too. Please let me know what works for you.

For dreams to come true you need to announce them to the world first. This isn't easy, especially if your dream makes you cry and it's very emotional. But here I come although very scared as of what future will unfold for us here .... and you also can hear my nervousness in my voice, but I publicly shared what I am going to aim and achieve in next 10 months. Wish me luck and hold your fingers crossed for me. I will really appreciate that.
