Erna Hackett, InterVarsity Christian Fellowship Women of Grit Erna Hackett has served on staff with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship for 17 years, 15 years in Los Angeles and currently in Portland, Oregon. She is passionate about racial justice, diversity, and leadership development. She spent ten years working with Black Campus Ministries in Los Angeles, then served as the Director of Worship for Urbana 15 Missions Conference. She currently works as Associate National Director of Urban Programs. Erna will talk about perseverance, this year's Women of Grit's theme. Focus: Iron Sharpening Iron
