A 27-year-old Henrico man was shot and killed in Eastern Henrico Friday night, and Henrico Police are seeking the public's help in locating his killer. Cezar Amir Williams was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds in a parking lot in the 1600 block of Azrock Circle, just off Darbytown Road not far from the city of Richmond line, shortly after 11 p.m. Police and EMS officials attempted life-saving measures, but he later died at a local hospital.
