Republican Shannon Dillon will challenge incumbent Democrat Shannon Taylor for the Henrico Commonwealth’s Attorney’s seat, after being named the Republican nominee for the seat. Dillons previously sought the party’s nomination in 2015 but finished third in a three-way primary election behind Tony Pham (41%) and Jeff Everhart (40%) with about 19% of the vote.
