The Virginia Department of Transportation will install temporary signals at each end of the Skipwith Road bridge over I-64 in Henrico County as part of upcoming bridge rehabilitations beginning Tuesday, April 11. Two-way traffic flow will be allowed by alternating the direction of the traffic via temporary signals on the approaches to the bridge.
