Marvin Eugene Bogar, Sr., 80, of Henrico, passed away on Monday, March 6, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hayselett and Chessie Bogar; two sons, Marvin, Jr. and Ronnie; brother, Garland; sister, Betty; and wives, Mary and Chris. Marvin retired from Concrete Structures Inc. as a plant superintendent. He enjoyed hunting and fishing as well as being with family and friends.
