Wayne "Joe" Bell, of Sandston was called home to our Lord on February 27, 2023. Joe was born on July 27, 1940. He is preceded in death by both parents, Richard and Marion Bell and two loving wives, Frances Bell and Judy Bell. He is survived by his son, Jeffrey Bell (Susan); daughter Tracy Bell Bowman; Holly Williams (Steve) and Lewis Cable (Teresa); ten grandchildren, Joseph Bell (Brittany), Jacob Bowman, Joshua Bell (Collin), Jessica Bowman, Tyler Williams (Amanda), Taylor Williams, Trevor Williams, Kerri Ragsdale (Jake), Chandler and Savannah Cable; and seven great grandchildren.
