Berniece M. Speller, 78 of Henrico, Va., passed away February 4, 2023. Preceding her in death were her parents, Hobert and Marie Williams, her sisters Sarah Greene and Flossie Outlaw, and brothers: Earl, Hobert, John and James Williams. She is survived by her sister, Laura Swain (Bishop James Swain, Sr.); sister in-law, Joyce Williams; brother in-laws, David Outlaw and William Greene; daughter, Wanda Garrard (Jason); grandchildren, Kimisha, Kameron, Elijah, LaQuan and Jermar; great-grandchildren, Taiyler, Trinity, Mariyah, and Angel.
